Our Founder
Donna Marrah is the founder of Omarrah. Her professional experience as a Call Center Director with a Fortune 50 health insurance company, spanning over two decades, has qualified her as a champion for people development. She has successfully managed culturally diverse teams (both domestically and internationally), producing consistently high employee and customer engagement scores. The repeated renewal of a profitable $6M contract with a major client is one of her many accomplishments in her career. Donna has chosen to use her lifelong learnings and experiences to step into her calling of helping people aspire to be the best they can be personally and professionally. As a talent-builder with high energy and a unique ability to inspire others, she recognizes the value of investing in people.
Donna will apply her expertise and vast knowledge as a corporate leader, speaker, coach, and mentor to help organizations gain a competitive advantage and take their brand to the next level by nurturing and elevating their workforce.
On a volunteer basis, she serves on the Board of Directors of Faith Farm Ministries for the past 13 years. She has also been an Adjunct Professor at the local college teaching business courses since 2014. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale.
